Refund and Returns Policy

DAMAGED ITEM OR INCORRECT ITEM: 

 

Royale Canvas offers a hassle-free replacement policy in case of damaged/wrong product delivery.

In case of damaged/wrong shipment, Royale Canvas will bear the return shipping charges.

Royale Canvas will not be liable for any replacement if you don’t file your claim within 24 hours and return the product within 5 days of delivery.

Proceed with the following steps in case of damaged/wrong product shipment:

 

  1. Send us a picture of your product with a short description of the issue at Wahtsapp (03199443900) within 24 hours of recieving the product.
  2. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Our courier partner will deliver the replacement & collect the damaged/wrong shipment.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

We do not have a return/exchange policy.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items returned to us that are not eligible for a replacement will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

To strive for better delivery speed, our team works 24/7 to process your order quickly and diligently. For that reason, we can only allow cancellation if the parcel has not been confirmed and processed by our warehouse team.
